Our pilates classes are built around the technique based on body-mind work. Its basic principles are breathing, pricing, control, alignment and fluidity. Specially indicated for the internal musculature, our classes are fun, dynamic and varied to improve even more your physical form.
Tabata is a high intensity interval training with blocks of 20-second athletic drills to push you to your own personal ultimate level of exertion. Variety of moves, tools and lots of fun.

Fitness Circuit 💪 is the ultimate fun HIIT for strength and power moves leaving you energized and strong! We use 7 stations, 1 min each with a power minute between circuits and running 4 circuits.
Music through the 80's and 90's and feel the beat!
Penalty box is a super fun HIIT and complete body workout program. For this class we use 4 drills sets of 2 x 30 sec movements with 10 second rest. We offer the option to use four squares to take the place of an agility ladder and easily folds into a hurdle and stores away in the shape of an L.
With Penalty Box everyone is working at their own skill level. It can be the hardest or easiest workout in the world, depending on YOU.
STRONG Nation (by Zumba) is a HIIT that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music and suitable for all levels.
In each class you will have so much fun and you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes too!
Vinyasa Yoga encourages students to coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. It’s a great practice for increasing mobility and flexibility whilst building strength. Find how fun it is to work with no pressure or expectation to achieve anything in this class, only to meet your body where it is on that day, in that moment.
